Ingredients
- 1 Package Curly’s Baby Back Pork Ribs1 Package
- 1 1/2 Cups Pecans1 1/2 Cups
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Rosemary1/4 Cup
- 1/3 Cup Dried Cranberries (chopped)1/3 Cup
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic2 Cloves
- 5 Tbsp. Olive Oil5 Tbsp.
- To Taste Salt & Pepper To Taste
Instructions
Put all ingredients (besides the ribs) into a food processor or chop finely with a knife and mix together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Place mixture evenly on the presentation side of the ribs.
Follow Curly’s Ribs heating instructions. This recipe is best cooked in the oven.
Slice into individual ribs and enjoy!
