1 1/2 Cups Pecans
 
1/4 Cup Fresh Rosemary
 
1/3 Cup Dried Cranberries (chopped)
 
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
 
5 Tbsp. Olive Oil
 
To Taste Salt & Pepper

Directions
1Put all ingredients (besides the ribs) into a food processor or chop finely with a knife and mix together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
2Place mixture evenly on the presentation side of the ribs.
3Follow Curly’s Ribs heating instructions. This recipe is best cooked in the oven.
4Slice into individual ribs and enjoy!
