Ingredients


1 Package
Curly’s Baby Back Pork Ribs
1 Package
1 1/2 Cups
Pecans
1 1/2 Cups
1/4 Cup
Fresh Rosemary
1/4 Cup
1/3 Cup
Dried Cranberries (chopped)
1/3 Cup
2 Cloves
Minced Garlic
2 Cloves
5 Tbsp.
Olive Oil
5 Tbsp.
To Taste
Salt & Pepper
To Taste

Directions


  1. Put all ingredients (besides the ribs) into a food processor or chop finely with a knife and mix together in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

  2. Place mixture evenly on the presentation side of the ribs.

  3. Follow Curly’s Ribs heating instructions. This recipe is best cooked in the oven.

  4. Slice into individual ribs and enjoy!
