Ingredients


For Flautas

1 Package
Curly’s Sauceless Pulled Pork
1 Package
1 Cup
Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
1 Cup
1 Package
Flour Tortillas
1 Package
Olive Oil Non-stick Spray

For Garnish

1/2 Cup
Chopped Romaine Lettuce
1/2 Cup
2 Tbsp.
Chopped Tomatoes
2 Tbsp.
1 Tbsp.
Chopped Onions
1 Tbsp.
1 Tbsp.
Fresh Cilantro
1 Tbsp.

For Dipping

Salsa
Sour Cream
Guacamole

Directions


  1. Heat oven to 400°. Heat Curly’s Sauceless Pulled Pork according to package directions. Add to a large bowl and add shredded cheese. Mix well.

  2. Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Warm flour tortillas in microwave per package directions to make soft. Add a little of the Curly’s Sauceless Pulled Pork and shredded cheese mixture to tortillas and roll up. Place seam side down on cookie sheet. Repeat until all flautas are made.

  3. Spray the tops of flautas with non-stick spray. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve garnished with lettuce, tomato, onion and fresh cilantro.
